Cormac Winnell (Chef)

● Monday-Friday : 7am-10pm
● Saturday-Sunday: 8am-10pm

Cormac is a chef a great renown honing his skills over the past 15 years he has worked along side many of Australia’s most notable chefs his specialties are: Asian fusion, Australian native bushtucker, Italian and French cuisine.

Jarrid Donaldson (Chef-CDP)

Jarrid is a young aspiring chef that first discovered his love for cooking at a very young age. Having a large family growing up with many younger siblings jarrid would often take the reins to cook for his family having fun and experimenting with flavours along the way.

With great stride he took his love of food to the big time with a thirst to learn all that he could whilst completing his apprenticeship and growing up in the tweed valley region. He has since traveled from restaurant to restaurant seeking and absorbing all that he can to bring his passion and knowledge of food to you.

Taran Heffernan (Bartender)

Taran Heffernan found his love for bartending in the midst of it all where his love truly lives in the working at a music festival surrounded by his favourite artist. After working for a year at the Billinudgel hotel he moved on to further his skills in Mixology finding passion in creating more than just music.

Taran works mainly as a professional musician, but when not on the stage you will find behind the bar blending up those tasty drinks that one won’t end at one.
