Chef Cormac, owner and CEO of Macc’s Kitchen, located in the Northern Rivers, celebrates the bounty of locally sourced produce to deliver fresh and vibrant taste experiences.

Chef Cormac’s Journey


Beginning as an apprentice chef in 2009, Cormac has cultivated a deep passion for the culinary arts, honing his skills across the east coast of Australia.

With a diverse background that includes managing restaurants and contributing to new business launches, his recent tenure at Fins Seafood Restaurant in Kingscliff solidified his affinity for seafood and Australian cuisine.

Wanting to bring the restaurant experience directly to you, Chef Cormac created Macc’s Kitchen as a way to share the expertise and knowledge he and many other talented chefs have gained.
